When you call us:

I’ll want us to spend a few minutes learning about your project, the concerns you have about it, and what you are hoping we can do to help. I’ll also share with you how we work and ensure that our approach is a good fit for you.

If you decide to invite us out for a meeting, we’ll make a ‘game plan’ which ensures that we make the most of that important time together. Having a clear understanding of what you want, and don’t want from your home improvement contractor is very important to us.

When we meet:

First, we’ll review our goals and expectations for the meeting so that we can work smoothly towards their achievement.

Then, we’ll dig in and get that ‘ten thousand foot view’ of the project at hand. There will be important questions and considerations for us to discuss. We want to address any and all of your concerns.

I will work to determine if 1st Choice can provide solutions which address your needs and concerns. And, I will want you to work to discover if you feel comfortable and confident with us and our solutions.

Done well, by the end of our time together we should know if that ‘right fit’ is there (or not) and how we should then proceed. I commit to bring my best to helping us get to clear determination, and I ask that you do the same.
