Discover, Decide and Plan

When you call:

I’ll ask about your project and your particular situation. It will be important to have that "twenty thousand foot view" of your project so that we can we can create a seamless entre into helping you. This is accomplished by asking and answering each others questions. It will be important to discover if we have the "ingredients" that are important for your project and individual needs.

I’ll also share about 1st Choice and our process of working with our clients. Past experience has shown that creating a blueprint of goals before meeting in person provides an avenue for ensuring that time is well spent. Your past experiences of what does and does not work for you will be important in crafting a plan for our meeting time. We will want to set up a meeting day and time that fits for all involved. This is the best recipe for
success that I know!

During our meeting:

We'll look at your home together and discuss your thoughts and concerns about the project. We’ll want to discuss, from different perspectives, aspects of project 'creation' that will fit both your needs and your budget. It’s important to us that any plan decided upon is a fit for you!
As we do this, our questions and answers will lead us to whether we thing we can help you and if we have the qualities that are a good fit for you. This is a discovery process that, done well, leads us to a knowing that there's a good fit for working together, or not. We want to bring our best, and getting into the important issues has shown to make a real difference.

Done well, by the end of our time together we should know if that ‘right fit’ is there (or not) and how we should proceed.
